We are currently looking for a Revenue Associate

In order to be considered, you must be returning to post-secondary studies in the fall of 2023.

**As Revenue Associate

  • Student you will**:
  • Perform payment functions such as: recording and reconciling payments, data entry, and additional tasks within the payment function.
  • Adjust customers accounts to reflect paid security deposits.
  • Communicate and work with staff in other departments such as Customer Care, Accounts Payable, Finance, and others as needed.
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise.
  • During major power outages you will be required to assist the Customer Care Centre by providing customer phone support during and after hours.


You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations.

You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.


What skills will make you successful?
You recognize yourself in most of the following competencies, and where possible possess the skills and experience listed below:

  • Minimum of Grade XII education or equivalent.
  • Related experience in an accounts receivable or financial institution environment is considered an asset.
  • Related experience supporting customer information and payment systems is considered an asset.
  • Competency using MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate issues.
  • Work effectively as part of a small team in a fastpaced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to problem solve, make decisions and/or recommendations.
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to adapt to change.
  • Good judgment, initiative, confidentiality, work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines are of prime importance.
