Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Create and implement engaging and interactive teaching materials and activities.
- Deliver effective ESL preparation lessons
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through assessments and feedback.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills.
- Stay updated on the latest ESL trends, test formats, and scoring criteria.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and motivation.
- Use technology and multimedia resources to support language instruction
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Experience teaching ESL courses
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Strong classroom management skills
- Able to work with small groups or individual students oneonone.
- Familiarity with international students and their unique language learning challenges.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students learn
- Indepth knowledge of the ESL test structure, content, and scoring system.
- Passion for language education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
