Requirements:

ServiceNow Techno Functional Lead with 6 to 9 Years' experience in ServiceNow.
Well versed on CSM and FSM implementation on ServiceNow platform.
Lead the development and Operation team members and provide technical mentorship
Ensure the delivery get delivered as per SLA/KPIs.
Focus on Automation first and DevOps
Handson technical design and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Strong Scripting experience using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI actions, SLAs notifications etc
Hands on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS XML, AJAX and relational database.
Good to have ServiceNow certification.
Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows
Should be able to performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow workflow.
Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
Stakeholder management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
