Requirements:


  • ServiceNow Techno Functional Lead with 6 to 9 Years' experience in ServiceNow.
  • Well versed on CSM and FSM implementation on ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead the development and Operation team members and provide technical mentorship
  • Ensure the delivery get delivered as per SLA/KPIs.
  • Focus on Automation first and DevOps
  • Handson technical design and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong Scripting experience using JavaScript, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI actions, SLAs notifications etc
  • Hands on experience in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, CSS XML, AJAX and relational database.
  • Good to have ServiceNow certification.
  • Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows
  • Should be able to performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow workflow.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Stakeholder management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
