Description

Are you ready to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients? We're looking for a motivated hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales and team management to join our team as a BDR Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, you'll manage a team of BDRs, guiding and enabling their prospecting efforts with a goal of generating high-quality sales opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • You'll lead, mentor, and develop your BDR team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • You'll provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure your team's success and professional growth.
  • You'll collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts.
  • You'll internalize product messaging and benefits to craft engaging communications with prospects.
  • You'll offer regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities. You'll adhere closely to lead processing procedures and recommend process optimization where necessary.
  • You'll document strategic and tactical assets as shared resources for the team.
  • You'll track the accomplishments of individual contributors.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or business development, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in a management role, preferably overseeing a BDR or sales team.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in business, Marketing, or a related field.
