Description:
We are seeking a 4 Month Contract, Full-Time Office Administrator in Greater Toronto Area. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.


What does a Office Administrator do?
Coordinate the execution of services for our customers and ensuring a high degree of work from the technical staff. The Administrator is the first point of contact for our clients. The individual must have industry knowledge of Pest Control Services. The coordinators primary responsibility is to initiate the appropriate response based on clients demands i.e. service request, status update request, information request etc.

Depending on the situation the coordinator may need to redirect or change technicians' routes and manage emergency issues or requests.

Any issue that needs to be escalated should be done to management so we can contact client prior to a problem getting out of control.


  • Schedule work request in calendar system for technicians based on proximate of work
  • Contact end client / resident about any preparation work needed prior to service.
  • Contact Ontario One Call for locates for termite jobs and confirm dates to ensure service is on schedule.
  • Complete warranty package and send to clients as needed.
  • Obtain service orders from technicians on daily basis and input into calendar system / copy on tech drive.
  • Provides service orders to billing department as needed. (check for client work orders, payment options etc.)
  • Oversee communications with management, technicians and customers escalated issues.
  • Monitor personnel location to ensure work completion and efficiency.
  • Provide feedback to client inquires on bug issues and best course of action.
  • Review work flow process and provide insight on improvements and corrective actions.
  • Ensure service orders are complete, legible, and have costing as needed.
  • Writes reports on service issues and customer complaints or inquires.
  • Promotes company products and services.
  • Monitor supply inventory to ensure tools and technical products are available.
  • Administrative support work filing, documentation updates on SDS, Pest info, preparation sheets etc.
  • Ability to use Salesforce and Pronto Forms
