Job Summary
What is the opportunity?
The Compensation Administrator will provide day-to-day support to 3rd Party Supplier as it relates to the administration of compensation payments to include adherence to Service Level Agreements, audits, service escalation, Process and Procedure documentation.
What will you do?
- Act as liaison to 3rd Party Vendors/Suppliers and internal RBCI partners to resolve complex service inquiries and provide training and support as needed
- Research and resolve escalated service issues related to compensation payments and advisor/client maintenance
- Manually calculate & process compensation adjustments required to support correction of payments, escalations, nonstandard agreements and government regulated payments
- Create, manage and/or update spreadsheets utilized to support payments or tracking of manual adjustments and/or processes required to support management of business operation
- Participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance (review) of processes and procedures
- Complete quality or peer review of compensation calculations and/or payment files etc., as required
What will you need to succeed?
Must Have:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written)
- Excellent mathematical, analytical skills
- Advanced working knowledge and experience using Excel
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Ability to work well within a team in a complex matrix organization
- Bilingual (French/English preferred)
- Compensation exposure/knowledge
