Product Analyst- Healthcare/ Pharmacy - North York, Canada - Emergitel
Description
Client will prefer someone with healthcare or pharmacy background
This role will encompass the responsibilities of a standard Product Analyst, but it will also have heavy involvement in managing incidents, escalation and support processes.
Qualifications:
- Postsecondary education in Computer Science, Business or relevant discipline
- Knowledge of business analysis, systems analysis and quality assurance methodologies
- Experience in SQL and creating SQL scripting, reporting, advances analytics and experience in retail industry
- Preferred with Pharmacy Dispensing systems and Retail systems, preference will be given to those with Kroll Applications experience
- Ability to be creative and innovative thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong presentation skills. Analytical thinker
- Exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Ability to write high quality technical and functional system specifications
- 710 years' experience in a related information services role
Experience working on an agile team is preferred:

Exceptional at requirements gathering/elicitation:

Experienced in documenting user stories in Gherkin/Cucumber syntax:
Experience with API integrations
Nice to Have
- Technical
experience and comfortable with JSON, XMLs: - Experience in story mapping
