    Description


    Qualifications:
    - Education: College/CEGEP
    - Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

    Responsibilities:
    - Prepare estimates of labor and/or material costs
    - Prepare elemental format estimates (Classes B, C, D)
    - Prepare estimates for general expenses and overheads
    - Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
    - Utilize quantity take-off procedures
    - Advise on tendering procedures
    - Analyze tenders and recommend awards
    - Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
    - Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
    - Prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
    - Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
    - Work under pressure with attention to detail
    - Combination of sitting, standing, and walking

    Requirements:
    - Own tools/equipment: Hard hat, Steel-toed safety boots
    - Desired skills: Personal suitability, Client focus, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Flexibility, Organized, Team player

    Employment Details:

    - Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
