- Promote new products within existing customerbase
- Cold call new accounts
- Increase current product penetration within currentcustomers
- Sell into existing accountsvalue-added products: custom print packaging, industrial bags, highend flexible packaging, clamshells, corrugated, packagingmachinery, labels, RPC labels, soaker pads, stretch wrap,etc.
- Provide timely and accurate salesforecast to operational team to ensure inventory levels areup-to-date
- Evaluate pricing every quarter toensure and protect margins
- Participate inindustry association functions, including attendance atindustry trade shows to promote products
- Workwith management to develop marketing communications, includingmarketing collateral, promotional items, direct mail andwebsites
- Assist in the development of newdesigns and projects, along with continued productimprovement
- Work with outside vendors on newmaterials and new innovative packaging solutions with regards toproduce packaging
- High school diploma or equivalentrequired
- Bachelor's degree in ProfessionalSelling, Marketing or Business a plus but not required
- 5+ years of outside sales experience in selling into theagriculture space, with packaging and/or label sales to thisindustry a plus preferred
- Required to workindependently with minimal supervision
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability towork in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managersand outside parties
- Exceptional analytical,organizational and communication skills
- Ability to utilize acceptable mathematicalskills
- Ability to effectively use MicrosoftOffice products such as Outlook, Word and Excel required

The Sales Representative will have proven sales experiencein the agriculture industry and is interested in going to the nextlevel. This position will be responsible for creating,developing, and driving sales within the following target markets:Produce re-packers, Food Processors as well as Industrial Accounts.In addition to serving as a business development partner, the SalesRepresentative will build customer relationships, handle customercomplaints and inquiries, and effectively communicate with allappropriate internal departments.
