**•Position Summary and Job Magnitude**- The Coordinator, Physical Resources supports the overall operation of the Physical Resources department. This individual is responsible for executing various projects required by the Physical Resources Department. The coordinator draws upon their experience and background to ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered to both internal and external stakeholders.


2. Essential Functions and Basic Duties

  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures to meet the maintenance and operational needs of CLC.
  • Preparing request for proposal packages and tendering projects and contracts.
  • Assist with creating, organizing and facilitating required training and development program for all maintenance employees.
  • Supporting the regular functions of the Physical Resources department.
  • Regularly visit each property to provide support, and perform required audit and evaluations.
  • Review utility consumption on a monthly basis and providing further analysis when required.
  • Preparing year end utility consumption reports.
  • Assist in the capital planning process for all properties, including scheduled property assessments.
  • Update the Physical Resources section of the media website as needed.
  • Support maintenance management systems and provide further analysis when required.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

4. Qualifications

Education:

An undergraduate diploma in facilities management or related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience);


Skills/Abilities:

  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fastpaced environment.
  • Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Demonstrated creativity, initiative and an ability to complete tasks.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of one year combined experience in a facilities management, project management, or construction;

Working Conditions

Hours per Week:
Scheduled 44 hours per week (may need to work more as required)

  • Indoor/Outdoor: Indoor: Office work;
  • Outdoor: Regular site visits where noise, dirt, heights, and high temperature fluctuations may be present.
  • Level of Interruption: Moderate level of interruption
  • Stress Level: Moderate overall stress level
  • Travel Outside of Location:
Regular travel required.
