The Property Administrator will be responsible for aiding in the daily administrative functions of the office.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Administrative duties to support the Property Managers, including but not limited to collection of arrears, updating NSF reports, rental increase forms, insurance tracking and other projects as required.
  • Write tenant notices and letters
  • Enter lease agreements and other tenant documents into property management program (Spectra)
  • Maintain monthly tenant tracking files
  • Communicate any tenant inquiries and/or issues with Property Managers.
  • Organize and schedule contractors work and ensure deadlines are adhered to
  • Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are effectively communicated and followed.

Qualifications:


  • A diploma and/or experience of 1+ years in an administrative role is vital.
  • Intermediate or advanced level of proficiency in Office 365 software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve quality results.
  • Highly organized and deadline driven.
  • Excellent knowledge of office procedures and practices are required to maintain accurate and secure files, track and followup information/report requests
  • Interpersonal skills to deal with coworkers, tenants, contractors, vendors, other departments, and the public in a positive, tactful, courteous and cooperative manner.
Knowledge of Residential Tenancy Laws, residential insurance requirements, fire regulation bylaws are considered an asset.

We are searching for a self-motivated individual with the ability to allocate one's time effectively, multi-task and prioritize completing demands within required deadlines.

  • Administrative: 1 year (required)
Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
