Primary Responsibilities:
Assisting in the financial reporting for the International and Reinsurance Division
Preparing journal entries
General ledger reconciliations
Statutory reporting
Assisting with the monthend and quarterend processes
Special projects as required

Qualifications

Students enrolled in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or Finance are encouraged to apply
PC skills with a good working knowledge of spreadsheet programs is essential
Strong organizational skills
Some exposure to financial reporting is an asset
Good communication skills required
Some overtime may be required
Ability to display responsibility and independence

The base salary for this position is between
$35,200:
$47,700** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
