Who you are
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for executing the overall digital marketing strategy and leading all marketing technology projects for Colliers in Canada.
You see the bigger picture and what it takes to deploy digital tools at scale in a large organization, and not afraid to get your hands a little dirty to help push things along.
You care deeply about creating positive experiences with end users and customers at the heart to drive adoption and performance.
Please note this is a 12-month Contract position.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in a senior digital or marketing technology role
- Demonstrated track record of deploying technology solutions at scale
- High level of computer literacy including web content management and analytics
- Backend CMS website experience
- Knowledge and general best practice of SEO and SEM
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a corporate environment with a professional services firm preferred
- A degree in marketing, digital or technology related field
- Google Ads certified
- Indepth experience with search engine marketing, display advertising networks and retargeting, specifically with Google Ads.

- Drive the marketing technology roadmap for Colliers in Canada
- Liaise with the field and Colliers leadership teams to identify and evaluate marketing technology opportunities
- Create business requirements for new marketing technology initiatives
- Track, monitor and regular reporting of project status
- Approximate Salary Range for Role: $79,310.00 to $147,290.00_
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including jobrelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training._
