Responsibilities:

Develop and document statements of requirements for considered alternatives.
Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information, procedures, and decision flows.
Develop data dictionary.
Establish acceptance test criteria with Client.
Support and use the selected departmental methodologies including but not limited to IIBA BABOK
Level 2 BA are also expect to lead initiatives

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years capturing business requirements for complex technical projects with the ability to understand the technology and work with business units to plan
Minimum of 5 years capturing technical requirements for complex technical projects with the ability to understand the technology and work with business units to plan
Minimum of 3 years' experience contributing to delivering enterprise level projects that impact a number of business areas, business process and technology
Minimum of 2 years with developing requirements, identifying business and technical requirements for selecting and implementing an enterprise solution
Minimum of 2 years' experience working large vendors to define and finalize functionality and overall alignment of requirements
Experience working with Organizational Change Management to introduce business change
Proven experience in team building and negotiating deliverables and timelines with the project team, business stakeholders and vendors
Ability to provide BA/SA inputs and recommendations into an efficient project delivery plan
Ability to work with/negotiating with multiple stakeholders producing positive outcomes that would minimize delivery risk and/or issues
Must have the ability to work through complex issues to achieve a successful out come
Proven ability to understand, and deliver to project lifecycle
Ability to adjust to the corporate delivery processes
Proven experience working remotely, and managing remote teams
Proficient at MS Office, MS Teams and Share Point
7+ years of relevant experience in this role Preferably with a recognized professional certification.
