Position Overview:


Under the direction of the HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR, and while demonstrating a commitment to the Mission, Values and Management Philosophy of St.

Boniface General Hospital, the HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT is responsible for performing various cleaning functions/services throughout the Hospital campus; understanding and following Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) guidelines; and performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, lift and reach continuously throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift approximately 25 lbs./12 kgs.
