What you do:

The Director of Real Estate will be responsible for managing Real Estate.

This position will be responsible for supporting Osmow's growth through National market site evaluation and selection and competitive lease negotiations.


In this role you will be expected to:

  • Source up to 50 or more new sites a year nationally;
  • Manage the National Real Estate portfolio and supporting our franchising community with specific ongoing leasing support;
  • Establish and maintain extensive relationships with brokers, developers, landlords to secure opportunities;
  • Initiate and oversee the site approval process;
  • Submit lease offers to developers and landlords to secure new sites;
  • Liaise with other departments to manage the flow of all required documents and information;
  • Liaise with outside suppliers to ensure that proper documentation is secured for each site;
  • Remain current on industry trends, innovations, methods, and processes related to real estate and development practices, including traditional and nontraditional growth

Who you are:


  • A University/College degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (Retail, Restaurant, Real Estate, Franchise)
  • Sound knowledge of working with Microsoft office
  • Outgoing personality
  • Well organized, wit strong prioritization skills allowing the management of multiple competing tasks
  • Proven ability to analyze issues, think strategically and develop resourceful solutions
  • Strong and effective communication skills and the ability to interact well with all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously improve processes and deliver on planned objectives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (excel) skills and strong system skills
  • Ability to find cost cutting solutions without sacrificing quality of work and information
