Orangeville Toyota is looking for aService Advisor to join their team in Orangeville.
Our
Service Advisors are one of the first points of contact with customers who bring their vehicles in for service.
They are responsible for advising customers on the necessary services required to their vehicle, as well as on routine maintenance.
TheService
Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships.
The
Service Advisor is a great role to improve and perfect your customer service skills while having the opportunity to develop strong product knowledge and sales techniques.

Job Duties:
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Dealing with customer's inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
What We Look For:
- A great attitude
Previous Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred
:
- Strong technical/mechanical knowledge is required.
- Experience with the Toyota brand is considered an asset.
- Understanding of CDK would be considered an asset.
- A valid G driver's license and clean drivers' abstract.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Friendly and a trustworthy individual.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Problem solver.
