Job Summary:

Now, if you were to come on board as our
Manager, ESG Reporting we'd ask you to do the following for us:

Manage and enhance datasets for sustainability and supplier diversity.
Global sustainability reporting, ensuring compliance with auditing and certification requirements.
Actively engage with suppliers for certification collection and mapping to supply chain items.
Sustainability Dashboard and Data Support
Maintain, update, and track supplier diversity data, including certifications and expiration dates for global and client reporting.
Manage the coding and uploading of certificates into the internal system, assisting the QA team in vendor certification processes.
Prepare and facilitate conversion files for sustainability pilot projects.
Work closely with Foodbuy Finance and operators for strategic engagement in these projects.
Manage local vendor processes and map tier 2 suppliers for reporting, aiding in reducing scope three impacts.
Provide essential data for sales and RFP responses.
Regularly report on the financial impacts of sustainability initiatives.

Here's how we'll know you are the best fit:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Indepth understanding of ESG frameworks and standards
Proven experience in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on ESG data.
Advanced Power BI Skills: Proficient in building interactive and dynamic dashboards using Power BI.
Experience in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and data analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel, including complex pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
Experience in handling large datasets and performing data cleaning and manipulation in Excel.
Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for Excel is a plus.
Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and nonfinancial data.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
