Responsibilities:

_


LEASED FLEET MANAGEMENT

  • Manage Dispatch of all rental and lease units
  • Ensures all industrial modular inventory information (assignments, location, etc.) is tracked and maintained
  • Updating fleet list spreadsheet in real time, accordingly, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and trust in the report (units shipped, returned or on hold)
  • Resave lease list on fleet list with provided changes in real time
  • Checking on Fleet units and recording availability / status of units
  • Daily scanning and filing all truck tickets
  • Maintenance of photos/videos of unused Modular Structure inventory to answer questions from sales and leadership teams
  • Inspection, photography, and written report of units including "Lease IN/OUT Inspection Report" and/or "Inspection Check List"
  • Furniture
  • Fleet metrics

QUALITY ASSURANCE

  • Ensuring overall quality and workmanship of all work executed including a detailed photo timeline with description.

FLEET ADMINISTRATION:


  • Assisted in the administration and coordination assignment of the companies' fleet vehicles
  • Assigned keys and proper vehicle booking forms and monthly vehicle inspection paperwork to the requested staff.
  • Ensured that the returned paperwork is accurately filled out and then forwarded on to the Health & Safety Coordinator.
  • Accountable for Fleet Vehicles Renewal Registrations and ensuring commercial road permits are up to date and follow provincial transportation guidelines
  • Managing Prorate licensing, Safety Fitness Certificate renewals and IFTA Fuel Tax monthly submissions for fleet vehicles

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Microsoft Office: Advanced in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
  • Great Plains is an asset

Qualification & Experience:


  • Knowledge of provincial vehicle registration procedures
  • Knowledge of Light Commercial, Heavy Commercial, Heavy Duty Mobile and modular equipment
  • Basic understanding of transportation guidelines/permits
  • Knowledge of commercial vehicle requirements: preventive maintenance, annual certification of mobile equipment
  • Valid provincial driver's license
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Microsoft Office: Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams

Skills:


  • Strong customer service aptitude & ability to build rapport
  • Former experience working in a heavy customer service role
  • Experience with dispatching fleet
  • Construction experience in the modular structures industry
  • Organizes workloads, set priorities, and works well within deadlines
  • Personable with good communication skills
  • Works well under stress and deadline driven projects

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
