Description

Role Purpose:
Drive sales efficiency, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives from Almita's client base consisting primarily of installers and end users


Key Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the internal PSD team to provide comprehensive support and assistance.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring accurate and uptodate records.
  • Review RFQ's and prepare accurate quotes and sales documents as needed.
  • Provide endtoend sales support to customers, ensuring their needs are met from initial contact to postsales followup.
  • Create customer orders and purchase orders in our system, liaising with manufacturing, shipping, and third parties as required.
  • Assist in managing thirdparty yards, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate shipping logistics.
  • Process customer payments, provide receipts, and act as a liaison between the Finance team and customers.
  • Maintain accurate project tracking documentation and generate pending sales reports as needed.
  • Support the achievement of product sales revenue targets and margin targets by collaborating with the sales team and providing regular updates for sales forecasts.
  • Act as a strong advocate for customers within the organization, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Assist with internal training initiatives, participate in trade shows, and contribute to creating marketing materials as required.
  • Stay informed about competitors' strategies to help Almita Piling Inc. maintain a competitive advantage in the market.
Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years previous order desk/ insides ales experience preferred (construction / landscaping products).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)
  • Experience in order taking within a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent multitasker, detail oriented and works well under pressure.
  • Motivated selfstarter and effective team player.

Work Environment:

  • Remote work environment with the expectation of one day in office to Ponoka AB a week or as may be required from time to time
  • Working hours are 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday but can vary as required.
  • Fast paced with tight deadlines.
  • Regular work schedule based on 40 hour work week.
  • Oncall duties/afterhours support
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as per company and client policies

Job Types:

From $58,500.00 per year
