experience.
Responsibilities:
- Revenue sales generation and overall daily sales operation of the Vancouver branch
- Recruitment, development, training and supervision of all sales employees
- Consistently motivate and drive sales team performance through weekly and monthly sales review meetings and provide strong sales leadership
- Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that sales and revenue quotas are reached
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly financial sales targets and provide sales reports
- Meet and exceed sales and GP budget
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related sales management experience
- University degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or another related field
- Ability to supervise and manage effectively
- Proven track record of sales success, along with strong training & coaching skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision making, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Well developed organizational, sales leadership and strategic planning skills
