Toshiba Tec Canada Business Solution is looking for a Sales Manager in Vancouver with a minimum of 5 years B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related Sales management
experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Revenue sales generation and overall daily sales operation of the Vancouver branch
  • Recruitment, development, training and supervision of all sales employees
  • Consistently motivate and drive sales team performance through weekly and monthly sales review meetings and provide strong sales leadership
  • Develop and implement sales plans to ensure that sales and revenue quotas are reached
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, yearly financial sales targets and provide sales reports
  • Meet and exceed sales and GP budget

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B Technology Equipment Sales/Services/Software related sales management experience
  • University degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or another related field
  • Ability to supervise and manage effectively
  • Proven track record of sales success, along with strong training & coaching skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision making, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Well developed organizational, sales leadership and strategic planning skills
