Account Manager (Full Time) - Eastern Ontario (Ottawa)
THE CREATION - What you'll do (includes but not limited to)
- Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients.
- Carry an impeccable track record of sales success in developing multimedia marketing solutions to clients.
- Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships.
- Report on digital campaign performance metrics
- Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
- Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations.
- Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing
- Work with sales coordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns.
THE ENERGY - Bring your vibe
- Postsecondary education degree/diploma in Business/Marketing
- Proven experience as an Account Manager
- Indepth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Selfstarter with good analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Problemsolver and results driven
- Previous multimedia sales is a desired asset
