Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications
Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues
Utilize construction management software (e.g., ProCore) to track project milestones, communicate with team members, and manage documentation
Supervise onsite personnel, including subcontractors and laborers

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents
Experience with quality control procedures in the construction industry
Ability to effectively budget and manage project costs
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., ProCore) for project tracking and communication
Proficient in construction estimating methods and practices
Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team of onsite personnel
Familiarity with software such as Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up digital plans

$60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
