Description

Bouygues Energies & Services, a leading facilities management Company, is hiring full-time (37.5 hours per week) Heavy Duty Cleaners to work at the Winnipeg Airport, starting immediately.

The work is 5 days per week from 11:00pm-7:30am.

The pay rate is $14.42 per hour plus a 25 cent per hour shift premium pay for working night or weekend shift.

All employees must be double vaccinated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous cleaning experience in a large public building;
Experience following detailed cleaning policies and procedures;
Knowledge and experience of chemicals, products, and equipment in the cleaning industry;
The ability to communicate effectively, and provide excellent customer service, to our customers;
The ability to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada Security Clearance;
The ability to walk and/or stand throughout the entire shift.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Dry and wet mopping (wash/scrub); polishing all hard surface floors; extracting broadloom carpets.
Stripping and finishing hard surface floors manually or with power equipment;
Cleaning all surfaces that must be reached by ladder or scaffolding (e.g. stairwells, elevator cabs, windows);
Collecting and removing garbage from drop points to a garbage bin or compactor; operating and cleaning the compactor;
Removing snow by using walkbehind snow machines and manual shovel during winter;
