Dodge City Collision Centre is looking for a
Close Out Clerk/ Office Administrator
***to join our team. You will be responsible performing administrative and office support activities including the preparation of documents and day-to-day office responsibilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining files throughout the repair process and keeping the file up to date
- Filing and keeping the office organized
- Reconcile & balance repair files
- Close and submitting repair files for payment
- General data entry duties as assigned
- Contribute to month end closing process
- Answering incoming calls when required
- Assisting customers when required
- Ensure validity, integrity and accuracy of input data
Your Capabilities
- Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in a collision industry is considered an asset
- Excellent skills in MS Office skills (Excel, Word) and able to quickly adapt to new technologies deployed by the department and across the company
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent document creation, reviewing and proofreading skills with a high level of proficiency related to business correspondence and communications
- Processoriented, superior attention to detail and accuracy
