What you'll be doing

  • You must be currently enrolled in postsecondary education and returning to fulltime studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-Op program to be considered for a role.

How you'll succeed

  • Process Supporting
  • Evaluate service requests to ensure adherence to standards and processes. Coordinate and/or execute implementation plans


  • Troubleshooting

  • Identify and resolve small to medium complex production problems. Monitor and analyze supported services to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions.
