Our Retail Team Members create amazing and memorable customer interactions that drive sales, expand our wonderful Saje community and best represent the Saje brand.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Member is accountable for delivering outrageous experiences to Community Members, sharing our product and passion for natural wellness.

Responsibilities:

Provide outrageous experiences 100% of the time, sharing our product with our Community
Work in collaboration with a team of Aplayer Team Members who are focused on delivering outrageous experiences to our community, to achieve business targets and KPIs
Complete tasks empowered/assigned/delegated by the Store Manager and Assistant Store ManagerInspire and uplift the team through collaboration and by embodying our culture and key habits
Choose culture first in everything you do, with a commitment to personal growth and selfawareness
