Position Overview:


TYPE:
Temporary 12 month Contract, Part time or Full time


REPORTS TO:
Senior Director, Marketing + Communications


LOCATION:
Vancouver, Hybrid


SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:


Strategy Development:


  • Craft innovative approaches to drive fundraising and engagement initiatives through digital channels.

Program Management and Production:


Copywriting:


Quality Control and Branding:


Subject Matter Expertise on Digital Marketing Technologies:

  • Serve as the go-to authority on digital marketing technologies, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics, OLX, and Blackbaud.

Data Analysis and Optimization:


  • Design and execute tests to optimize digital fundraising results, refining strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Manage processes for quality assurance of digital fundraising assets to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

GENERAL

  • Foster strong relationships across departments to share best practices and ensure alignment with BC Women's Health Foundation's brand strategy.
  • Position BC Women's Health Foundation as a leader in women's health through compelling and consistent digital storytelling across all relevant media channels.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in a Fundraising or related industry considered an asset.
  • Prior database management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp, Google Analytics, OLX, NXT, Blackbaud.
  • Experience with InDesign, Canva considered an asset but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and selfmotivation while also ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • As a condition of working at the Hospital, you must pass certain background checks under the standards set by the Provincial Health Services Authority (the "PHSA") including an initial and recurrent criminal records check(s) and an Immunization check, including full vaccination against COVID19._
