**What will you work on?

How will you create impact?

  • Be highly flexible and have the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Partner with Human Resources on payroll and benefits related matters while acting as a liaison with benefit vendors, Government agencies, and employees
  • Facilitate audits by providing records and documentations to auditors
  • Provide timely response to inquiries from HR, finance, managers, employees, government, and other thirdparty agencies while presenting new hires with the benefits orientation deck (biweekly, monthly)
  • Assist with leave administration for Canada, Mexico Europe
  • Investigate discrepancies between multiple systems (ie: HRIS system, benefits portal, payroll) and audit integration file feeds between HRIS and Benefits carrier's platform
  • Process vendor invoices through Accounts Payable and in SAP, prepare, review and reconciliations benefit invoices, and configure reports utilizing Workday custom report as required; create, modify, and utilize spreadsheets to administer various payroll transactions; conduct payroll analysis as required
  • Assist with the payroll automation process make recommendations, document, and implement ad hoc tasks and assist with payroll administration in an accurate and timely manner
  • Prepares and reviews payroll account reconciliations as needed, assists with yearneed payroll tasks including T4 tax reconciliations, and prepares, reconcile, and process payroll, benefits, workers comp and other adhoc invoices
  • Assists and prepares correspondence as requested, processes mail and fax as required, and perform other accounting and administrative duties/projects as requested

What are your skills and experience?

  • At least 3 years of benefits and/or administration experience
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS system preferred
  • Human Resources or Accounting Certification an asset
  • Absolute integrity and a high level of professionalism to handle the confiden
