Job Summary
The Appointment booking coordinator reports to the facility's General Manager and plays a key role in managing the day-to-day appointment bookings for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls and any questions customers might have in setting up appointments
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as per direction provided
- Update LGE TMS with accurate appointment information to provide visibility to all the teams
- Execute and distribute reports.
- Follow up with carriers for missed appointments or appointment changes
- Escalate any appointments unable to be booked to Order Fulfillment team
- Provide administrative support in completing all tasks assigned in a timely manner
Requirements:
- 13 years' experience in a customer service environment
- Bilingualism in English and French is mandatory
- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a 3rd party logistics environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be a resourceful selfstarter
- Team player skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Works well under pressure
