- Ensure that all direct reports in the workplace take responsibility for aspects of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment over which they have control including adherence to all OHS&E requirements applicable to DMC Mining Services
- Membership in an authorized mechanical apprenticeship program
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial or mining environment

DMC is currently looking for a Mechanic Apprentice in our Sudbury mine sites.Reporting to the Mechanical supervisor, the Mechanic Apprentice will be responsible for performing basic repairs, ordering parts, and taking inventory.
you will also be involved in equipment repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting the equipment on site such Jumbo drills, concrete pump, Trans mixers, forklifts, telehandlers and utility equipment.
As the mechanic apprentice, you will be working under our experienced Heavy Duty Mechanics to learn the trade and advance your career.
