    Project Manager, Transfer & Institutional Partnerships

    Director of Academic Partnerships and Pathways

    The Project Manager, Transfer and Institutional Partnerships plays a vital role in developing, renewing, and managing institutional partnerships and articulation agreements to enhance admission, enrollment, and student success initiatives.

    The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in higher education administration, particularly in managing transfer processes and institutional agreements.

    The Project Manager, Transfer and Institutional Partnerships is responsible for the following:

    • Partnership Development and Management:
      • Coordinate and finalize partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support academic and operational goals.
      • Manage the student transfer process in alignment with articulation agreements and compliance requirements.
      • Ensure seamless coordination between recruitment, admissions, and academic units to facilitate smooth transitions for transfer students.
      • Oversee communication with academic departments and the Registrar's Office to ensure accurate assessment of course equivalencies and transfer credits.
      • Work closely with academic chairs and faculty to address and resolve articulation issues.
    • Training and Improvement:
      • Identify and address training needs for stakeholders involved in the transfer process.
      • Faculty, chairs, senior administrators, and external constituents) related to articulation and transfer of courses and programs.
      • Demonstrated ability to simultaneously lead, work on multiple projects and tasks, and follow up with others as needed.
      • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university or post-secondary institute.
      • ~3 years of direct experience or 5 years of experience in a related field at a regulated post-secondary institute in British Columbia.
      • ~ Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and related details, processes, documentation, and engagement with others.
