As an Xradar Concrete Coring Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Leading the coring team for completion of coring jobs daily upon successful completion of Xradar concrete scans.
  • Employing drilling techniques to make holes and openings in concrete structures.
  • Working alongside various stakeholders to ensure projects and commitments are completed on time and within budget.
  • Developing and providing coaching to team members to develop and maintain superior performance.
  • Enforcing Company and project safety plans at all project sites to ensure.
  • Company and subcontractor safety compliance.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Company values and strategic plan.
  • Support published corporate policies.

On your resume, we will be looking for the following:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in a labour or construction role
  • Valid class G Drivers' License to use company vehicles as necessary
  • Experience in coring or concrete cutting.
  • Experience in supervising employees onsite.
