Description
Ability to install, configure, deploy, patch, implement, change, release, maintain, upgrade, migrate, administer and support the following technologies

  • IBM Tivoli Identity Manager(ITIM), IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator, IBM Tivoli Access Manager(TAM) basic knowledge on these
  • Excellent Enhancements, Troubleshooting and Support Skills of ITIM, TAM, ISAM and its Inter dependent components(like IBM Tivoli Directory Server, IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator, IBM HTTP Server, WebSeal Server, Policy Server)
  • Flexibility to work in shifts support
  • Coordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for breakfix.
  • Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
  • Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls
  • Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
  • Participate in daily/ weekly/ monthly/ customer / internal meetings and provide activities report.

Salary:
$90.00-$100.00 per hour
