Salary:

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a Project Manager at Pinnguaq, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects that involve the intersection of technology and education.

You will work closely with each division at Pinnguaq, bringing fluidity to your work and leveraging your experience to drive successful project outcomes.


Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership: Take charge of planning, executing, and ensuring the successful completion of STEAM educational projects, aligning them with established scopes, budgets, and timelines.

Functional Coordination:

Collaborate closely with educators, STEAM specialists, content developers, and software developers to align project objectives and foster a collaborative environment.


  • Resource Optimization: Identify and recommend allocation of project resources, including budget, personnel, and tools, with a focus on maximising efficiency and impact.
  • Establish efficient communication channels for tech education projects.
  • Employ project management tools for smooth team collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and addressing challenges.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Gather and integrate feedback from educators and learners to drive continuous improvements and refine project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Play a key role in identifying and mitigating potential project risks in the context of web & software product development, ensuring project progress remains on track.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee comprehensive project documentation, including requirements development, technical documentation, software specifications, and sprint planning
  • Change Facilitation: Guide stakeholders through changes in project scope, objectives, or strategies, leveraging your experience in the dynamic field of web & software development.


In this capacity, you will serve as the linchpin between different departments, ensuring a harmonious and coherent approach to project planning and initiation.

Your ability to foster collaboration, align diverse perspectives, and strategically plan for successful outcomes will be vital to the overall success of Pinnguaq's initiatives.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology or education domain, with a strong track record of successful project delivery for custom website building and/or web & mobile app development
  • Familiarity with various digital learning platforms, and technologydriven learning tools (example:

Learning Management Systems:
Brightspace & LearnDash)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (Slack, Jira, Monday)
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
