Where You'll be Working
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #1234, located at:101 W Prospect Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115

How You'll Perform the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams commercial paint store, servicing wholesale customers.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

Preparing customers' paint orders quickly and accurately.
Tinting and mixing paint, preparing drawdowns for submittal to customers, maintaining accurate work order files and formulas, and cleaning, filling and repairing equipment as necessary.
Assisting with general warehouse, delivery and customer service duties as needed, including loading and unloading of material, and waiting on customers.
Be 18 years of age or older.
Able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to distinguish the difference between colours with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone with or without reasonable accommodation.
High school diploma or comparable certification (e.g. GED).
Prior experience as a paint mixer with the ability to understand pigment variations and characteristics and the tinting process.
Prior customer service or retail experience.
Ability to speak a second language.
