We are seeking an Administrative Assistant and Junior Marketer to join our team. We are a boutique hotel management company offering comfortable and professional accommodations to guests in downtown Montreal. This is an exciting opportunity to build your career and grow within an established company.


Responsibilities:


  • Become an expert in online hotel booking sites.
  • Launch new hotel room listings on Trip Advisor
  • Manage all listings using online platform
  • Launch new listings
  • Supervise customer service communication online
  • Help Customer service team when needed
  • Supervise Guest Claims and Refunds
  • Supervise Guest Bad reviews
  • Help write Training Manuals
  • Conduct researches
  • Help with basic administration tasks

Qualifications:


  • Administration Experience
  • Online marketing experience
  • Strong customer service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual (French and English)

Salary:
From $47,000.00 per year
