This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability

daily.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct our warehouse team.
Responsibilities include hiring, training and directing individuals who are performing entrylevel production positions on one of our fastpaced shifts

- meeting daily productivity and quality requirements
- maintaining inventory control
- training partners on company safety policies
- ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulations; and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to lead and coach work teams to achieve performance, quality, cost and service goals
Selfstarter with a high level of initiative and ADAPTABLILITY
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, mechanical aptitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong numeric aptitude
Good computer skills, Intermediate level Microsoft Office Word & Excel
Aptitude to exhibit, RESPECT and protect company Values in a changing environment
Certified JHSC Member as an asset
Fluency in Mandarin and English
