**What you will do

You will act as an on-site project coordinator to plan, implement, and complete control systems projects, ensuring that delegated tasks are done timely, within budget and within scope of the contract.

You will perform tasks including hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commission ing and project closeout.


How you will do it

  • Actively pursues additional work through change orders. Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes. Communicates both technical and businessrelated issues with the clients.
  • Handles the selection, ordering, budget and delivery schedule of materials for projects.
  • Secures pricing and availability from outside vendors and suppliers, mechanical and electrical subcontractors including s cope, terms and conditions.
  • Provides jobsite coordination for panel and field device physical locations. Ensures installation is in accordance with project requirements.
  • Completes the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all system controller s. Validates complete system functionality and resolves issues with subcontractors and others to ensure proper operation. Provides accurate project asbuilt and commissioning documentation.
  • Provides monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin.

Wh at we look for**
Required

  • 4+ years of shown experience in building automation systems and programming panel controls, preferably HVAC equipment.
  • Experience in project management, design, and commissioning.
