Erin Park Lexus Toyota is currently looking for a full time Phone Receptionist to join our team.

  • Exceptional customer service
  • Following up on service appointments, and one day reminders.
  • Completing general administrative tasks
  • Answering and directing incoming calls for sales and service department in a friendly manner
  • Ability to take ownership of a guest question or concern by directing them to the correct department and/or team member
  • Problem solving skill set

Qualifications:


  • Comfortable with continuous communication over the phone and online chat tools

The _rotational work Schedule_ would include:

  • 9:00am6:00pm
  • 12:00pm7:00pm
  • Including rotational Saturday
This position starts with an hourly rate of $15.75 we offer a competitive Group Benefit program.
