- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new strategies and initiatives
- Previous experience in a leadership role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with bartending and beverage service is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
