Storm Crow Manor first opened in October of 2018. Renowned for being the largest _NerdBar_ in the city, we cater to all types of humans.

Boasting two floors of dining space, eight creatively decorated rooms and the largest patio on Church Street, Storm Crow Manor is an iconic _must-go-to_ restaurant whether you identify as a geek or not.

Our comforting culinary menu features dishes that appease many dietary restrictions and have a variety of cultural influences. Our tasty cocktail menu is constantly evolving and evokes strong feelings towards our guest's _nerdom _and liquor preferences.

Whether you just finished culinary school or have been in the industry for years and are looking for something different, the Prep Cook position is responsible to ensure the restaurant is fully stocked and ready to execute a busy day of sales Prep cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a daily prep list based on established pars
  • Assessing priorities on the prep list
  • Following outlined recipes and preparing product to "spec"
  • Sanitation and cleanliness of prep kitchen and equipment
  • Adherence to FIFO and HACCP guidelines
  • Be able to work as a team to maximize efficiency

Contract length: 6 months

Part-time hours: 35 per week


Salary:
$16.00-$21.00 per hour
