Position Highlights

The Batch Management department is currently seeking a Batch Management Representative to join their team on a

FULL-TIME permanent basis at our Head Office in North Vancouver. In this role, you will prepare and process incoming

documents from internal and external customers for imaging, reviewing, and batching with a strong focus on detail, accuracy,

and completeness.


Please note:
This is a 100% in office-based role.

In addition, you will contact brokers to exchange information, validate documents, and further support the batching, filing, and

mail processes. The work environment will have exposure to noise and paper dust and involves exposure to cleaning and

lubricating products.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Receiving, opening and sorting incoming documents.
  • Preparing batches for imaging and validating imaged documents for accuracy.
  • Communicating with staff and brokers to exchange information and for support as required.
Position Requirements


Your qualifications will include:


  • At least one year of office related experience dealing with documentation and computer systems.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while using computers.
  • Strong mental and visual concentration in order to provide accurate results when processing a considerable volume of detailed,
repetitive work.

  • Ability to lift heavy bins of numerous documents, and push trolley cart while delivering documents.
  • To keyboard at the established proficiency level of 35wph at 90% accuracy.
