**Job Requirements: - Supervising a group of contract guards engaged in patrolling the of the client site.

Assisting in the investigations and ensuring information is properly documented.
Assisting in the management and coordination of the Fire Plan; participating in evacuation control procedures; ensuring established procedures and policies pertaining to security services are carried out; generating reports and related documents; and performing other related duties.
Update and make recommendations to the client to ensure security needs are always met and can respond to evolving threats.
Support supervisor and client administratively and ensure that documents are always kept up to date.
Maintain database for security licences and first aid and cpr certifications and notifying security personnel in advance to ensure they update their credentials.
Allocate resources when needed to meet client security needs.

Maintain consistent communication with the client and Securitas District Manager.

Experience Required:

Strong knowledge of computer programs such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Two years of Security supervisor experience
Able to learn and operate building BAS Systems.
Strong knowledge of local by laws, Private Security Act and Trespass to Property Act.
Able to communicate critical security information to all security personnel verbally and in writing.
Physically able to provide support with simple building maintenance (salt entrances, move deliveries /equipment, (able to lift 30lbs without issues)
