We are looking for a Business Planning Manager who will report to the Director of Business Planning, and will be tasked with leading all integrated business planning and S&OP processes in the Marine Group.

As part of your role, you'll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth and process maturity.

You'll be at the forefront of creating shareholder value by facilitating on-time and profitable delivery of finished goods to our customers in the Marine industry.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Coordinate leadership teams in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Finance and Engineering to develop and maintain a consensus Sales and Operations Plan for Marine Division product lines.

Ensure tight control and accurate reporting on performance vs. actuals for every Marine manufacturing site.

Produce, maintain and control the divisional Production Master Schedule.

Facilitate discussions to ensure long-term production capacity planning keeps pace with revenue growth commitments.

Present a plan to divisional executives and prompt key decision points when necessary.

THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
An undergraduate degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.

At least 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, along with a minimum of 5 years in a Business or Material Planning capacity.

Technical proficiency in understanding and manipulating data.

A s trong aptitude for process definition and improvement.

The ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple functional groups, and translate those separate data points into a single, consensus plan for success.

Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and thrive through uncertainty.
