Intake Worker Contract Position - One Year
The Developmental Services Case Manager

Intake is responsible for the provision of case management and advocacy services to children and adults who have a developmental disability or dual diagnosis (developmental disability and mental health).

The main functions include short term case management, intake functions such as needs assessments using specific tools, eligibility screening for children's referrals, warm transfers/referral support and community education.
