Reporting and working closely with the Vice President of People and Engagement, the HRBP client group will consist of our branch network.

The HRBP works in partnership with managers to administer HR programs in accordance with corporate guidelines and goals.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Performance management, employee relations, health and safety, legislative compliance, conflict resolution, interpretation of employment policies, compensation, and organizational development. He/She supports the VP to enable the business to execute human capital strategies required to achieve business goals objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 5 of Human Resources/Employee Relations experience or a bachelor's degree in any HR businessrelated field.
Bilingualism is vital (French and English)
Strong and proven experience in change management.
Knowledge of HR functions (including employment policies and practices, reporting tools, compensation & benefits, employee relations).
Demonstrated communication, feedback, and coaching skills.
Ability to build strong partnerships to foster trust and accountability.
Knowledge of applicable labour laws on employment practices in Canada.
Resilience, flexibility, and agility

The selected individual will enable cultural change, provide coaching, challenge the status quo, and will bring creative solutions to their business groups.

At Fairstone we offer a hybrid model, we require our teams to be once or twice a week in the office located in downtown Montreal.
