We are seeking enthusiastic individual to fill a Full-time Administrative Manager position our team.
The Administrative Manager is the primary for:
- Managing Accounting Team of up to 6 people
- Monitoring AR, AP, KPI's, Financial Statements, Payroll, and budgets
- Help with various HR tasks
- Improving office processes
- Other tasks to be determined depending on persons personality, knowledge and work experience.
- Assist President and Vice President with various tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications;
- Ability to work in fastpaced environments
- Understanding of accounting team tasks (AR, AP, Payroll, Financials)
- Experience in managing a team and project management skills
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members at all levels
- Exemplary computer skills and software knowledge
- Microsoft Office
- Word and Excel
- ADP work force now experience would be an asset but not necessary
- 2+ years of Business Admin studies
