National Accounts - Sales Associate

As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join us as a National Accounts Sales Associate.


Responsibilities

  • Act as an auditor for implementations based on new business and existing accounts, ensuring accuracy in WMX and all other relevant platforms.
  • Participate in Sales process with the National Account Rep as it relates to organizing documents for new sales or renewals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the National Team and other departments within Waste Solutions.
  • Support the National Account Rep related to billing reviews. Act as a liaison with billing department and support troubleshooting any ongoing issues.
  • Support the National Account Rep related to Customer Care issues. Act as a liaison with Customer Care department and support troubleshooting any ongoing issues.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, under the approval of the Director of National Accounts.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of SOP's based on the programs used and processes in place
  • Handle service changes, including forms and updates to the Monday Board as needed.
  • Support National Representatives with accountrelated issues in their absence, including service changes, lifts, contact changes, specialty items, and temporary bins.
  • Support National Reps on preparing Quarterly Report and Presentation content
  • Assist National Account Rep in establishing relationships with clients through regular checkins (monthly, quarterly, or semiannually) with the main contact for the account using the National Account Book of Business board.
  • Keep track of contract dates, alerting AMs in advance to initiate the renewal process.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in WMX through collaboration with the Director of National Accounts and National Account Representatives.
  • Work towards obtaining a report through WMX detailing service types on accounts, such as missed lifts, rescheduled lifts, blocked lifts, etc.
  • Client Data Management/Updates in WMX (contacts, documents, schedule changes etc.) to ensure accuracy to all accounts in WMX
  • Manage National Account Sensor Inventory List

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in account management in an asset
  • Strong analytical and auditing skills for billing analysis and account setup.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities to serve as a liaison between departments.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, including account creation and updates in WMX.
  • Knowledge of contract management and renewal processes.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy in WMX and other platforms.
  • Ability to support team members in handling accountrelated issues efficiently.
