Your role

Working in SAFe mode, help plan, organize, and deliver functions that ensure maximum value for our various business partners
Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring, multidisciplinary team that respects software development best practices
Diagnose problem situations and ensure that solutions are put in place
Support product owners in prioritizing and refining activities
Support the manager by proactively identifying issues
Act as an Agile coach to less experienced colleagues, when needed
Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
Support your team in managing interdependencies and roadblocks

Your profile

At least 3 years of wellestablished experience as a Scrum Master
Bachelor's degree or other degree in a related field and more than 5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework
Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit
Ability to explain issues, risks, and business objectives in simple terms
Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence
Bilingualism (French and English) required, as you will do business with partners across Canada and abroad
