Your role
- Working in SAFe mode, help plan, organize, and deliver functions that ensure maximum value for our various business partners
- Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring, multidisciplinary team that respects software development best practices
- Diagnose problem situations and ensure that solutions are put in place
- Support product owners in prioritizing and refining activities
- Support the manager by proactively identifying issues
- Act as an Agile coach to less experienced colleagues, when needed
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
- Support your team in managing interdependencies and roadblocks

Your profile
- At least 3 years of wellestablished experience as a Scrum Master
- Bachelor's degree or other degree in a related field and more than 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework
- Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit
- Ability to explain issues, risks, and business objectives in simple terms
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Bilingualism (French and English) required, as you will do business with partners across Canada and abroad
